Totally 100% not true... the fact is that many of the school students use me for their support and that the classes we run are small 1, 2 or 4 hr workshops... Helle you should really back up your claims be fore you start talking trash about people on the internet... with more that over 4000 clients on the coast I have been the longest and most trust worthy support. You can ask any of them about our service and support... I dare you.

In response to Ana, not one company in the world is responsible for you data when you send your machine into repair... you should have had a backup... period. It is common practice to wipe a machine for certain repairs. The fact was that it was not us that wiped your machine, but tecnimac in Seville... in addition Benotac had very very poor service and since has closed down.

Justin

But right now, I found Benotac and Im very very happy with that people. There is two shops, one is in Marbella and the another one is in Malaga center. I only know the center that is in Marbella, and I very impressed with the guys that work there. They knows everything: from stupid problems to the most complicated question that you can have. Before Benotac, I usually send my macs to Justin in MMS, At the beginning was fine... setup mails addressed, install software... but the problem with MMS arrives with the 2 big troubles. The first one was that my iMac was unable to start up. Then they deleted all my data without ask and I lost all my business database.... And the second one was with my PowerMac, they send to Sevila and this people of technimac gave me a quote of 800€ that I never paid that money to reapair a 5 year old. mac. Then when was to recover my powermac, my surprise was that the mac was worse, was complete scratched and inside the fans was broken..... after a lot of cmplains I desisted, somebody talk me about benotac and they repair for 500€ in 5 days... Summary of my history. I think that you can´t trust in a company that change the location 4 times in 4 year and the peaple that work there only last 1 or 2 month.

Hi, I found your web site looking for a apple service on Marbella. The key person as well from MMS was the one I trusted as he was recommended, whom I trusted to configure our administrative computers, network and who convinced us to use a Mac Time Cabsule to back up all our administrative computers in one go. We used it until we found out that this Time Capsule was remote controlled from out site our building.
A smart an easy way to get all our know how and email accounts. Who will benefit from this knowledge? A person who plan to make a competitive business. It will save him years of hard work.
Sure a nice guy!

PSS. MMS are now advertising for their new courses in graphic design and web design to people on our mailing list. We have been offering those course for years!!!

I advice all companies to take extra precautions to whom they are dealing with.

Do anyone know a good, honest and trustworthy MAC technician in the Malaga area? Then please let us know!

Look at this. MMS is emailing people on our email list.

I tried european support which gained me nothing. So i emailed Steve Jobs and after 2 days i got a call from a support guy out of Munich offering me Beta versions of a new driver etc... He even called back a couple of days later to verify the beta driver fixed my problem. That was terrific - i would have never thought someone would actually read my email to Steve ;-)

OMFG. I feel with you.
