about the role
we’re looking for a growth intern to own experiments across content, social, SEO, & outreach.
you’ll test ideas quickly, learn from the numbers, & double down on what works.
what you’ll do
- Content: write & ship posts, threads, & case-study snippets
- SEO: research keywords & improve how thisux shows up in search
- Outreach: build lead lists & run thoughtful outbound experiments
- Analytics: track what works & report it simply
- Collaboration: partner with design to turn ideas into campaigns
what you bring
- Strong fundamentals: clear writing & a grasp of how startups find users (positioning, channels, funnels)
- Hands-on projects: something you grew or launched, like a newsletter, community, page, or campaign, & the result
- Problem-solving: you form a hypothesis, test it, & read the numbers honestly
- AI in your workflow: you use it for research, drafting, & automation, then edit with your own taste
- Independent thinking: you own an experiment end to end & report what you learned
- Proof over paper: no degree or certificates needed. we care about what you’ve built & how you think
nice to have
- Experience growing a personal or community audience
- Basic SEO or analytics tooling knowledge
- Familiarity with no-code tools & automations
