about the role
we’re looking for an engineering intern to ship production web apps & sites alongside our designers.
our stack is SvelteKit, TypeScript, & Cloudflare. you’ll touch it all, from ui to the edge.
what you’ll do
- Frontend: build responsive, pixel-faithful interfaces from design files
- Features: ship end-to-end features across UI, APIs, & data
- Performance: keep pages fast, accessible, & SEO-friendly
- Quality: write clean, readable code & review others’ work
- Collaboration: work with designers to refine details & motion
what you bring
- Strong fundamentals: HTML, CSS, & JavaScript or TypeScript, plus how the web actually works (requests, state, the DOM)
- Hands-on projects: a repo or live site you built & can walk us through, from idea to deploy
- Problem-solving: you break a bug or feature into small steps & debug on purpose instead of guessing
- AI in your workflow: you use tools like Cursor or Claude to move faster, & you read, test, & understand every line you ship
- Independent thinking: you try to get unstuck on your own first, then ask sharp questions
- Proof over paper: no degree or certificates needed. we care about what you’ve built & how you think
nice to have
- Experience with Svelte, React, or another modern framework
- Familiarity with Cloudflare Workers or serverless platforms
- A taste for animation & interaction design
